YOUR DATA.
CLEARLY EXPLAINED.
How the information you share on this site is used to review your project and contact you.
Updated: 26 October 2026
YOUR ENQUIRY AND ITS PURPOSE.
The form lets you present a Circle K service station or store franchise project. The information provided helps us understand your intentions, review the initial details of your project and arrange further discussions with you.
The consent requested covers reviewing this enquiry and contacting you. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
You may also choose to send a speculative application by email from the “Join us” page. The professional information you voluntarily send, including any CV attached in your email application, is used to review your application and correspond with you; no CV is uploaded through the site.
THE INFORMATION YOU SHARE.
The form asks for the project type, your name, email address and phone number, the proposed city or area, the status of the land or premises and a description of the project. You may also provide the country, approximate area and project stage where relevant.
Required fields allow us to review your enquiry and reply. Keep your message to information necessary for the project; no identity document, bank account number or other sensitive information is requested.
The form service also uses technical data to limit abuse and avoid duplicate submissions: technical identifiers, cryptographic hashes and transmission status. The application service does not retain a copy of your application content in its technical database.
WHO RECEIVES YOUR ENQUIRY?
When submission is accepted by the email service, your enquiry is sent to contact@circlek.ma. It is intended for people authorised to review projects and follow up on them.
Email hosting and delivery involve the technical providers configured by the site operator. Their identities and, where necessary, information about processing locations must be confirmed in this notice before publication. The form does not send application data to an artificial intelligence provider.
RETENTION BASED ON NEED.
The content of your enquiry is sent by email. Retention of franchise enquiries and speculative applications in the email system depends on the operator’s policy for reviewing, following up on and closing them; this policy must be defined before public launch.
In the supplied configuration, technical transmission metadata is retained for thirty days by default, without the project content or the applicant’s contact details. Temporary counters used to protect the form are deleted after their short period of use. These technical retention periods are configurable; this notice must remain consistent with the deployed configuration. Metadata is pseudonymised and is not presented as anonymous. It is cleaned up while the service is running, with clean-up resuming after any interruption.
Server and proxy logs must be limited to security and operational needs, with controlled access and retention periods.
CONTACT US ABOUT YOUR DATA.
To request access, a correction or deletion, raise an objection or ask a question about the information you have shared, write to contact@circlek.ma, stating the purpose of your request and any details that will help us find your correspondence. Please do not send an identity document unless asked.
The operator will review your request in light of the context and applicable obligations. This notice does not certify that CNDP formalities have been completed; the required procedures and notices must be checked before public launch.
